India and Moldova have signed an agreement on visa waiver for holders of diplomatic and official passports.The agreement was signed today by Pavan Kapoor, Secretary (West) of the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), and Ana Taban, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Moldova, on behalf of their respective governments.
