दुबई के शासक शेख मोहम्मद ने संयुक्त अरब अमीरात से अब तक का इतिहास का सबसे बड़ा बदलाव के बारे में कहा है. उन्होंने नए कानून मैं बदलाव की जानकारी दी है जिसमें कहा है कि अब संयुक्त अरब अमीरात  प्रवासी नागरिकों को नागरिकता भी प्रदान करेगा.

उन्होंने इस बाबत जानकारी देते हुए कहा है कि संयुक्त अरब अमीरात इन्वेस्टर, स्पेशल टैलेंट रखने वाले प्रोफेशनल जैसे कि साइंटिस्ट डॉक्टर इंजीनियर आर्टिस्ट लेखक और उनके परिवार को संयुक्त अरब अमीरात अब यूएई का नागरिकता देगा.
