The selection of Irfan and Harshita has been done for the Indian Jujitsu Martial Arts Team. The competition is being held in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
**Asian Jujitsu Championship from 1st to 9th May in UAE**
This sport is included in the Asian Games, Asian Beach Games, Asian Indoor Games, World Games, World Police and Fire Games, University Games, and Indian Sports Authority. The dedication to Jujitsu and the desire to win medals for the country have given these two players a chance to fulfill their dreams.
According to Vinay Kumar Joshi, President of the Jujitsu Association of India, the 8th Asian Jujitsu Championship is scheduled to take place from 1st to 9th May in Abu Dhabi, UAE. India, along with 39 other countries, will be participating in this competition. The Indian team is fully prepared for the championship.
**7 Players from Madhya Pradesh Secure a Spot**
It is noteworthy that 7 players from Madhya Pradesh, including two players from Panna, have secured a place in this Indian team. Irfan Ulla Khan from Panna, weighing 69 kilograms in the heavyweight category, and Harshita Vishwakarma, weighing 45 kilograms in the women’s category, will compete for medals for the country.
Lawrence Ats, President of the District Jujitsu Association in Panna, expressed his joy at the players from Panna securing a place in the Indian team, attributing it to their personal hard work. He congratulated both players and wished them a bright future.
