इस वक़्त क़तर देश से बड़ी ख़बर आ रही है. भारतीय दूतावास ने क़तर से क़तर में रह रहे प्रवासी भारतीयों के लिए एक नया लिंक जारी किया है और जो लोग भी भारत वापस लौटना चाहते हैं उन्हें अपनी जानकारी देने के लिए कहा है.
भारतीय दूतावास ने जारी किये गए फ़ॉर्म में हैं भारतीय प्रवासी का नाम मोबाइल नंबर पता भारत में किस एयरपोर्ट पर जाना है उसकी जानकारी पासपोर्ट संख्या वीज़ा आदि जानकारी माँगी है.

दूतावास ने साफ़ साफ़ कहा है कि यह जानकारी अभी भारत लौटने वाले प्रत्येक व्यक्तियों के डेटाबेस तैयार करने हेतु है और अभी फ़्लाइट की तुरंत सूचना नहीं दी जा रही है हालाँकि जैसे इसकी सूचना सरकार की ओर से आती है लोगों तक पहुँचा दी जाएगी.

* As and when a decision is taken, Embassy of India will make an announcement. This form is to be filled for a single individual at a time. For addition of details of family members, you are requested to fill the form again for each member.
भारतीय प्रवासी फ़ॉर्म भरने के साथ ही इस अंडरटेकिंग को समझ ले हैं जिसमें या साफ़ लिखा है कि वह.
- भारतीय दूतावास के शर्तों के अनुसार भारत लौटना चाहते हैं
- सरकार और सरकारी अधिकारी एयरक्राफ्ट के अधिकारी मेडिकल टीम के द्वारा दिए गए हरेक इंस्ट्रक्शन को वह पूरा करेंगे
- उतरने के बाद वह स्वेच्छा से 14 दिनों तक अनिवार्य quarantine में जाएंगे और इसका भुगतान वह स्वयं करेंगे

3. I agree to undergo a 14 – days mandatory quarantine on my arrival in India at my own expense as per the protocols framed by the Government of India.
